Describe the bug / error

During testing our team’s web parts, we noticed a problem with some sections overlapping. This occurs when there is:
a flexible section with a web part that fills the entire section,
a vertical section containing any web part, and the Agents panel is opened.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new page.
2. Add a flexible section and some web parts.
3. Add a vertical section and some web parts.
4. Open the Agents panel.

Expected behavior

The behavior should be similar to when we open other panels, such as the Settings panel.

After reviewing the details, I believe the behavior you’re seeing is more related to SharePoint’s UI rendering rather than a problem with your SPFx development.

Additionally, according to the Microsoft Tech Community post on Flexible Sections
, it is noted that web parts may overlap within flexible sections under certain conditions. This suggests that what you’re observing is expected behavior and likely by design.

Yes - as @Ashlesha-MSFT noted, this is not related as such on the SharePoint Framework or the developer platform. We appreciate reporting it, but we cannot work on this on through this channel. I'd use the feedback feature in the SharePoint as one thing to do and then potentially reporting it through tenant admin support channels. Feedback on the page is good - as that is routed directly on the feature crew.
