Micro-stutter when Druid shapeshifting

Description
The game has a noticeable micro-stutter after Druid shapeshifting in or out of any form when S&L is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login on a Druid character
2. Install ElvUI and go through the installer
3. Enable S&L and hit Skip Process
4. Start shapeshifting in and out of any form
5. Game micro-stutters

Expected Behavior
No micro-stuttering

Actual Behavior
I get a frame micro-stutter 0.1s - 0.5s after shapeshifting. It is not continuous, game runs fine until next shapeshift where it micro-stutters again.

ElvUI + S&L Enabled
Yes, the issues is reproducible when ElvUI + S&L is enabled in any configuration form.

Only ElvUI Enabled
No, the issue is not reproducible when only ElvUI is enabled. Game runs fine without micro-stuttering.

Additional Information
I did a complete CVar reset and reinstall of the game before troubleshooting the root cause.

Error Log
There is no error captured by BugSack/BugGrabber addons.

Can you check if this also happens if you also skip ElvUI's installer?
I can't seem to get any stutters with my config and game settings. So I wonder if this can be attributed to something unique to your PC or not.

I reset the WoW configuration by deleting the folders and resetting CVars as well.
Logged in with default graphics settings, enabled ElvUI and skipped the installer by clicking the X and then enabled S&L and hit Skip Process. The micro-stutter is still present.
Disabling S&L afterwards stops the micro-stutters.

Ok. So I couldn't notice any stutters on my end. Can you share your profile so I can try with it? Maybe that is caused by specific settings combo

Sorry for late response.
I ran around with that profile on ptr for some time. Just doing quests and stuff. It is either I can't notice freezes myself or those are not happening on my system at all. And I really can't think of any fixes for stuff I can't reproduce.
