Fix test script exit code issue with arithmetic expressions

The test script was failing with exit code 1 even when all tests passed.
This was because bash arithmetic expressions like ((TESTS_PASSED++)) return
exit code 1 when the result is 0, and with 'set -e', this causes the script
to exit immediately.

Fixed by adding '|| true' after all arithmetic increment operations to
prevent them from causing the script to exit.
