Plugins: StreamInput, ImportPedigrees, NamesBook - too many Russian specifics, they will not be published in Crowdin
HistoryData - will be merged with Navigator as soon as I get around to it

Date format in lists - is it necessary?

Depends on how much we want to accommodate people who don't speak English :) The Hungarian abbreviation would be "ÉÉÉÉ.HH.NN", so none of the letters match. Though I suppose they can guess from the number of digits which one is which.
