pyspark-delta missing from setup.py #17

With a fresh local install of pyspark-core-utils, importing delta_utils throws a missing module error for the delta module.
This dependency is mentioned in the requirements.txt, but not in the setup.py (in the install_requires section), which means that installing it via pip does not explicitly resolve this dependency.
