Windows Miner Tester Bounty

We want Windows users to test the miner bundle and report what works/what breaks.

Requirements

• Download + unzip the bundle.
• Run the miner (rustchain_windows_miner.exe or rustchain_miner_setup.bat).
• Let it run for at least 10 minutes.
• Proof in a comment:
  • Screenshot of it running
  • A short snippet of logs (redact private paths if you want)
  • Your hardware/OS info (Windows version, CPU)
  • Whether it successfully reached the node (https://50.28.86.131/health)
  • Your RTC wallet (miner_id)

Bonus (optional): +5 RTC

If you also document a reproducible fix for a bug (steps + patch suggestion).

💰 RTC Payout Policy — Please Read

All bounty payouts are in native RTC only. Here's why:

We do have bridges to Solana (wRTC) and are building an Ethereum/Base bridge. However, these bridges are currently onboarding ramps — they let people buy into RTC from crypto, not cash out.

Why no wRTC payouts right now:

• Liquidity on Raydium is still too low
• Paying bounties in wRTC would create sell pressure that dumps the price
• We need to fund more liquidity before enabling wRTC bounty payouts

What this means for you:

• Pick any text string as your RTC wallet name (e.g., your GitHub username)
• Your RTC is real and on the RustChain ledger — check balance anytime: curl -sk "https://50.28.86.131/wallet/balance?miner_id=YOUR_WALLET"
• You can mine with your wallet: pip install clawrtc && clawrtc --wallet YOUR_WALLET
• When liquidity is funded, you'll be able to bridge RTC → wRTC → Solana/ETH

If you only want Solana or ETH tokens, please hold off on claiming bounties until we announce bridge payouts are live.
