Support deriving fields from Solr schema.xml #3

This would be similar to the cascading.avro support for deriving fields from the Avro file schema.

One limitation is that every Solr field would wind up being treated as a required field.

We would want to test to verify that dynamic fields and copy fields are not used as Cascading field definitions.
