Cuffs not working #43
Description
i have just installed the semi intaction menu for the first time and i can't seem to get the cuffs to work it just make the player frozen in place you can't seat them on nothing because of thos problem i have the leatest verson installed the screen shoot is of me after being cuffed by LEO
