A smart contract for a buyer and seller eco-system. In this system, a buyer wants to buy products from a seller, however, he is afraid to make payment, until the quality and quantity of goods is confirmed. The seller is also afraid of releasing his goods, unless he is sure that he will get paid. The inspector comes in as a middleman to check that the quality and quantity of goods is correct. Inspector however, should not be able to modify the sales terms, or run away with the sales payment. The owner of the eco-system, will do some basic background checks, before registering buyers, sellers and inspectors on the system.
