Below is the provenance graph of a report titled Plop with one attachment (Shiny app). I have created four Insights with the same form inputs. The provenance graph of any of these reports aggregate the information about the four reports, while they should not? Does provenance match entities using their name instead of their ID?

This is indeed a bug with the provenance server. The problem is that I only check whether an activity exists based on its name, thus the same activity node (blue) gets connected to each new reference node (green). I should be able to add a clause to the search to ensure that an activity can only be created once...
