How can i take advantage of my double GPU setup?

Hi,

I am new to Ai, python, coding, TTS etc. I'm a newborn in this. I came across F5-TTS by chance and found it interesting and interested in learning more.

I followed the instruction for install, I own a window 11 custom build, with 2 3070s. I am current trying to finetune when i noticed only one of my GPU and CPU seems to be doing all the work.

How can I take advantage of the dual setup and maybe reduce the load on my CPU if possible?
P.S I am using CMD terminal
