Goal: Verify fresh, stale, and missing oracle states.

Tasks:

• Freeze time with Vitest fake timers.
• Test fresh timestamp, stale timestamp, and missing timestamp.
• Assert visible labels.

Acceptance:

• No real clock flakiness.
• bun run --cwd apps/web test passes.
