mandatory headers with spaces

Hi,
When headers 'name' or 'type' are given with preceding or following spaces, pyxform is not striping them. Is this expected?

@Deepthi-Chand I believe that https://github.com/XLSForm/pyxform is the active repo at the moment. I added an issue on there to change this expected behavior XLSForm#13
