Future development of Custom Connector and Support

One of the most frequently asked questions is about the future development of the custom connector and support in case of problems. Let me summarize the current situation:

Active development of the custom connector has ceased, but as new SAP Datasphere features are delivered, any impact on the custom connector will be considered and fixes may be provided. I would recommend using the custom connector only if the current feature set is sufficient for your needs, or as a starting point for your own development.

As I have moved to a new department, I will be stepping back from supporting the custom connector and handing over to my colleague, Gustavo. Gustavo will continue to assist you with reported issues, but there is no support comparable to the standard SAP incident handling, nor can we provide any promises about fixes or resolution times.
