Basic auth webhook credentials not avaiable in CI/CD credentials.

Issue description

We are trying to setup BTP CI/CD on Azure Devops, but the documentation seems to be outdated.
In BTP CI/CD it's only possible to setup a secret at credentials for a webhook, where documentation states that it's required to create Basic Auth. We are currently not avaiable to setup the webhook - it would be appreciated if documentation was updated :-)
