CyRxnOpt Rename Todo List

Renaming a repository requires many changes in many different places that cannot be captured in a single PR, since not all of them are changes to the code or this repository. This issue serves as a todo list of these additional changes outside of the code of this repository that must be done after #19 is complete.

Additional changes that need to take place:

• repos that use CyRxnOpt need to have their imports and other references updated and
• the GitHub repo name needs to be updated.
