New DHO series CSV format causes "no time increment" error

I have a DHO914, and when I export CSV files (at least from the screen) I can't use rigol2spice on them since their format is not properly recognized. Here's the first few lines of a recent file:

-1.040000e-01,-1.426667e-02
-1.030000e-01,-3.200000e-03
-1.020000e-01,-3.200000e-03
-1.010000e-01,7.866667e-03

I'd love to use your program, but this is stopping me.
