Migrating Xilef Database to MySQL (MariaDB)

soooo, i need a test monkey for the new feature I'm going to add to yeet hosting, this will help a lot as you wont have to back up the files and it prevents dataloss as it is no longer in a .json, its on the real server itself, and if its lost, all my yeet hosting stuff is also gone.

i will and can contribute to this idea, just leaving it here if someone wants to help

all I know is that a test server was created, tested and apparently it worked
(this was done when Xilef was down and Xilef beta replaced him for a while)
I don't know any of the details of how it worked and if it's complete

10% done, but I'm still working on it, will commit stuff soon

i will be closing this soon unless someone wants to do this, as I have seen much easier to send the .json to either a FTP server to back it up or simply use MongoDB (to migrate to sql I need to grab everything the .json has in values and tell sql to add that to a table and that must be done manually)
