New model Everything presence One

Hi Robin,

First, I want to thank you for the creation of your Everythingsmart app. Great work. Without guys like you, Homey would be worthless.

I just installed the new Everything Presence One sensor and installed it to Homey 2018.
Works great, both PIR and mmWave.
However, If I want to change a settings, like the mmWave reach, (in steps of 15cm), or change the LED indication on/off, it generates a timeout error, because the sensor does not accept any other value.

Is there an option to fix this?

Hi Paul, thanks for the information. Unfortunately I can't really fix this as I currently only own the older EP1 model. I would need to do some debugging with the new version to see how this can be fixed properly.

Hello, I just bought the newest EP1, downloaded the Everythingsmart app but it won't connect, it keeps saying no device found. I can't find any firmware for Homey, only Home Assistant and SmartThings, am I missing something?

Hi everyone! I've actually been working hard last few weeks on official Homey support for both EP1 and EPL after some good demand.

Just published the first version now and it's working well. It uses the Native ESPhome API to communicate with the device so very fast and responsive. It also configures the wifi credentials over bluetooth and setup process is very nice.

I am sure there will be bugs but please join the discord server or drop me an email and can take a look at them.

Thanks Robin for creating the app initially for the last few years, we wanted to add official support as we had a lot of customers asking for it.

Awesome. Had some troubles lately with the Lite so hope these will be gone with the new implementation. I installed the test version and noticed that although zone 1 occupancy is on, there is no zone activity (screenshots are taken in de same minute)   Is this a design decision? **UPDATE: It seems only to be happening when you remove the electricity plug from the Lite and then put it back in. Zone 1 will show occupied while the general movement sensor shows no movement and hence there is no activity in the Zone where the Lite is in. When moving out of the zone and coming back in all zone 1 and general show movement and the Zone is active. Also missing zone1,2,3,4 occupancy as an automation event (IF...). Currently I can track targets but more I am more interested in if the bank zone (1) or sitting in the dining zone (2). This way I can turn lights on and of for these (sub) zones. That will happen the first time it comes on if you are already occupying the zone. Because there is no "state" change, Homey doesn't see any events where it goes from off to on or on to off so the first state is assumed. I'm sure I can improve on this.
