Hello RinCat!
The stock driver in Arch Linux doesn’t allow you to see 140+ channels. But I installed "crda" and that solved the problem.

With your driver, this didn’t help. "iw reg set " doesn’t help. How can this be fixed? Could it be that your driver hardcodes the region?

Hello again.
I changed several regions. This does not give the desired result. On the 80 MHz frequency, all channels above 140 are disabled.
