Browser Hand - AppImage - Playwright not installing #407

Description
When trying to activate "Browser Hand" via the AppImage in Ubuntu it says "Playwright must be installed" via pip3 install playwright... but this does not work and gives an error "This environment is externally managed..." also "Install All" don't work at all.
Btw. using the web browser dashboard "Browser Hand" works because "playwright is already installed".
Expected Behavior
It should just work. But since it's an AppImage it might have a different path?
Steps to Reproduce
Open OpenFang AppImage in Linux
Try to activate Browser Hand
Playwright must be installed (installation not working)
OpenFang Version
0.3.26
Operating System
Linux (x86_64)
