JavaDarks 2.0

Finally! A viable dark mode for javadocs.

Currently the only supported sites are:

• java 7 API
• java 8 API
• java 13 API

but I want to extend this to all the java versions and possibly more than just the API, yes, even the non-API parts won't be spared by my style!

Keep in mind that it's fairly hard to make the different versions of the javadocs look similar, since they're generated in different ways. That's also why I've currently got 674 lines of LESS despite only supporting a small subset of these sites. So, bear with me.
