Problem statement

The root README now gives a clear "try Workspace Hub first" path, but the deeper first-run guide still leads with a broad questionnaire and profile model. That makes the public onboarding story less consistent than it should be.

Expected outcome

The first-run guide should make it obvious that:

• trying Workspace Hub is the fastest concrete path for most readers
• the broader workspace/profile questions come after that initial path
• the README and first-run guide tell the same onboarding story

Constraints or non-goals

• Keep the existing mixed-stack and profile guidance
• Do not rewrite the whole document unless needed
• Focus on ordering, framing, and contributor readability
