Looking for outside review: contributor onboarding and Workspace Hub clarity

I’m looking for a third-party review of this repo as a contributor-facing project.

The main concrete product here is repos/workspace-hub/, with the wider repo providing workspace docs, templates, scripts, and capability plumbing around it.

I’d especially value feedback on:

• first impression of the root README
• whether Workspace Hub is the right thing to lead with
• what feels confusing about the workspace model
• whether the contribution path is clear
• what would make you more likely to contribute
