Does anyone have a pre-built Pollen Robotics RPI hat they would like to sell?

I'm having trouble sourcing the correct parts for the PCB assembly for this required RPI hat: https://github.com/pollen-robotics/elec_RPI_Robot_HAT/ as well as some of the prices I got back from a few companies were 5-10x the $30 price listed in the BOM. And even then, there would still be parts missing because each company would not have certain parts available to assemble.
I was hoping someone might possibly have pre-built working one they no longer use or an extra one they would want to sell.
