As previously discussed, the idea is to make a a forum thread that is that is only visible or writable to users who have mastered a core set; an exclusive place to brag about mastery, it's a reward to look forward to, and it also would be a good place to get feedback on the set.
It should also be visible to mods and possibly the set developers of that game.
