Description
Generate a scientific illustration showing the mechanism of Curcumol against liver fibrosis through FUNDC1/LC3-mitophagy-efferocytosis axis, focusing only on macrophages.
The illustration should be a panoramic scene with a large semi-transparent macrophage in the center. Inside the macrophage: show multiple mitochondria, with one damaged mitochondrion being engulfed by a double-membrane autophagosome labeled with LC3. On the mitochondrial outer membrane, show FUNDC1 (orange) interacting with LC3 (light orange) with a golden glow. Other healthy mitochondria emit blue energy light.
Around the macrophage: several apoptotic cells (with nuclear condensation, "PS" signals on surface) being engulfed by blue phagocytic pseudopods. Inside the macrophage, show green Rac1-GTP spots at phagocytic cup formation sites.
Background: liver tissue with hepatocytes and collagen fibers. Left side shows uncleared apoptotic cells releasing red DAMPs particles (HMGB1, mtDNA) causing inflammation. Right side shows reduced DAMPs, degrading collagen fibers, and restored liver tissue.
A golden light path flows from top-left (Curcumol molecular structure, purple) through the macrophage, to the right side where liver fibrosis reverses.
Style: Clean, professional, suitable for NSFC grant. All labels should be in Chinese. Use color coding: purple for Curcumol, orange for FUNDC1/LC3, gold for mitophagy, blue for efferocytosis, green for microenvironment repair, dark green for fibrosis reversal.
Add the core hypothesis chain at the bottom in Chinese: "莪术醇 → FUNDC1/LC3轴激活 → 线粒体自噬↑ → 胞葬功能↑ → DAMPs↓ → 肝纤维化逆转"
