Add "Brief Resource Description" to the model

The initial draft model does not include a "Brief Resource Description". Such a description will be useful on the resource 'card' views. These want to be brief (1-2 sentensed), and try to not be overly redundant with the general descriptors that are included elsewhere on the resource description.
