Formatting on contacts#show

The external contacts + button doesn't line up, and the formatting of the stuff inside is really bad.

Also hide that section if no matches are present.

If there is an exact phone match, make it blink or something - that's a big deal.

Maybe we need placeholder records too:

in /api/contacts/:id/external_contacts action, if they don't have the env set, put some fake data there?

Maybe like 2 records.
