Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There is no option to export data into a pdf format.

Describe the solution you'd like

As a RAMSTK analyst, I want to produce pdf reports directly from RAMSTK so that I can provide prettified, read-only reports.

Additional Comments

Will need to identify a library to use (likely PyPDF2) and write formatting code to produce "pretty" output. It's possible the .rst output option of pyexcel (see #1086) could be used as the starting point for a .pdf document as well.
