Description

When visiting the Code of Conduct page, the navigation bar behaves differently from the rest of the site.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Code of Conduct page.
2. Observe the navigation bar.
3. Compare it with the navigation bar on other pages.

Expected Behavior

The navigation bar should be consistent with the rest of the website.

Actual Behavior

The navigation bar appears different / does not function correctly on the Code of Conduct page.
