rhc connect - should detect when registered to Satellite / capsule

Currently:
* System registered to Satellite
* run rhc connect - rhsm runs as expected, insights connects as expected, rhc appears to run as expected
* reality: rhcd is unable to connect

Expectation:
* System registered to Satellite
* can use rhc to register to satellite and insights
* rhc detects it's registered to Satellite and NOPs the connector activation with a message
