Marketing Org. has some requirements we have to meet before we publicize the site.

cookie prefs via trust arc
do we want to be on https://www.redhat.com/he/global/israel?
coordinate via Drupal BAs
if we want it to be a *.redhat.com url, there's a process to submit it through a CMBD workflow (like we did with ux.redhat.com)
