Firefox/Thunderbird window flashes white

Description

Suppose a Firefox/Thunderbird window is minimized. Click on its icon on Windows Taskbar to restore Firefox/Thunderbird window. The window is restored, but it flashes white for a moment.

This happens only for Mozilla products. I use dark theme for both. Thunderbird does this always, Firefox most of the times. Firefox, Thunderbird and GPU drivers are all the latest versions.
