Count down until genesis

Describe the feature

Running lean_node seems stuck until the genesis timestamp reaches, so I think we might add a tiny countdown logs until there.

I suggest following the ephemery option in https://ream.rs/quickstart.html should be suffice to get started on this issue. The pq-devnet-package is when you want to start ream in a networked setup but it should not be needed for this.

One note is that the ephemery option adds only 10 seconds delay to your machine time until genesis. If that is too quick to work with you might want to increase that delay temporarily while you're working on this issue.
