Improve error handling for misconfigured permissions/resources.

Currently when you point this module at a stock installation of ContentaCMS it results in the follow error:

SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

Better error messages need to be provided to tell users exactly what permission is missing and what resource is not avalable.
