Update for OSGeoLive?

ncwms is still in version 2.2.8 in OSGeoLive distribution:

Can you please update to a more recent version?

Sure. It's been years since I've done anything with OSGeoLive - how do I go about it? Fork and put in a PR? We've recently updated to require Java 11/Tomcat 9, are these the defaults on the latest OSGeoLive?

@kalxas - I've had a go at building OSGeoLive, but keep running into difficulties. In theory it should be as simple as updating the version in line 39 to 2.5.0 if Java 11 is the default on the latest OSGeoLive, or 2.4.2 otherwise.

We are staying with Java 8 for this OSGeoLive release, so I will just keep version 2.4.2 in the installer.
ncWMS will only be available in the virtual machine version of OSGeoLive 14.0 (we are having disk space limit issues in the iso version)
