Issue with Arabic Content in Modal

Package Version

  • v5.28.0

Steps to Reproduce

  • Add Arabic content inside the modal.

Expected Behavior

  • The text should display normally. Why are checks being performed here?

Please provide a reproducible example.

As seen in the sample below, arabic characters seem to work fine in all 3 main methods of providing the tooltip content (data-tooltip-content, content prop, and tooltip children).
