Move away from Heroku #41

Description

@RazorSh4rk

I'm putting this here for visibility.

In the past couple months, I've had like 10 full on outages caused by heroku's awful service. Every time I run out of hardware, the app just shuts down and I have t manually go in and reset it. I am paying $7 a month for this, which honestly wouldn't be bad, if IT WORKED. I specifically used undertow because of its ability to just ignore errors, which WILL happen in an API, but the heroku runtime is just making that all useless.

For now, I'll explore moving this to either google cloud run, or just a normal k8s cluster with like 2 nodes. Big issue is retaining the x.herokuapp.com url, which is ranked 1st on google. Unless someone has a better way of going about this, I'll deploy a thin reverse proxy on heroku that will redirect the traffic to the new server, and then later completely get rid of the dyno and never have to deal with this again.

Until then, thank you to everyone who alerted me when I had an outage, please keep doing it because I'd have to pay an extra $12 just to have an automated alert.
