Tag Value popup

I would like to be able to enter the value of the tag not when you press it, but at the end of the record.

Example:
Activity: Eating
Tag: Rice

When I press the rice tag, the value popup opens. However, in this case, I use the value to indicate how much I liked the food, and I can't know how much I liked it until I have tried the food.

For this reason, I have to edit the record every time I finish eating.
