I did install especificlly the two programs in my pc in order to run the program but not only doesnt work... now im getting warigs about VCRUNTIME not found when opening hte installer and ASLO numerous warnings every time i turn on my pc.

HELP what is happening i dont underestand im dumb like brainroot dumb and idk how to fix it without fabric restarting my disc.

you need to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables on your PC
