Do i change my mouse feeling after installing this driver?

hi, i want to use this together with invertmouse-tool.

If i not use the invertmouse tool but have installed the rawaccel-driver, does the mouse feeling change?
So if i am playing games with have vanilla inverted y-axis i don´t need this driver and the invertedmouse-tool which is working with this. But i don´t deinstalll the rawaccel-driver. Does the mouse behaviour change in any way?
