since upgrading the desktop wallet to 0.93.11, connectivity on a number of apps has been problematic/impossible.

Injected Provider - Rabby Wallet, is connected but does not recognize the wallet address, requires switching addresses in Rabby to get account:
https://remix.ethereum.org/

disabling other wallets from browser (Phantom, and others) seems to fix the issue.

can you check setting of your Phantom?
it's in Perferences => Default App Wallet and change to "Always Ask" helps in my side
