Improve Residential Electricity Consumption with Probabilistic Approach #30

Please describe the bug
The current implementation assumes the annual electricity consumption of residential buildings as a single mean value with variability introduced through a standard deviation (10% of the mean). This approach simplifies the consumption distribution but does not fully capture real-world variability and probabilistic patterns.

Please describe the changes
The annual electricity consumption is selected from a predefined set of values for each combination of building type and number of occupants. This selection should be based on real consumption probabilities to better reflect realistic electricity usage patterns.
