yesterday r-l bump https://github.com/ROCm/TheRock/pull/6057 merged to main branch. Bump automation supposed to close other r-l bumps https://github.com/ROCm/TheRock/actions/workflows/bump_submodules.yml which have same base as merged one. Somehow it missed and needed manual intervention to close them ex: https://github.com/ROCm/TheRock/pull/5947
