So yea I was so down for the past couple months trying to upgrade and update remnux but with no success.

What I did was re-read the installation guide "scratch".

If you guys use the Ubuntu Mini. And enable desktop

Ended up with a successful installation.

@wabass thanx, yeah i knew about that just wanted to avoid it. guess there was no avoiding it.

i can confirm that it works using this stock image. dont run any apt update/upgrade or it will not work.

@Cr4wlerx and @wabass , you both mention getting errors when installing with a different version of the 20.04 ISO. Any chance you might still have the error logs from those? I'd like to take a look and maybe find a solution that will work with all of the ISO's.
