DiffExp tab not working

Hi,
My name is Phoebe. I am new in using this app, not sure what had happened. Here are my questions:

(1) I follow the the tutorial the button "Calculate Diff Exp" do not work. Besides, the "DiffExp" tab is not able to click.

(2) When I create "New Cell Plot", no matter what I choose, it displayed nothing.

Here are my system info:
Windows 10 (20H2)
scNetViz v1.2.0
stringApp v1.7.0
Cytoscape v3.9.0

The second question was asked before: #39, and indeed was solved temporarily when opened that html file.

Hi Phoebe,

Sorry you are having troubles! You won't be able to click on the DiffExp tab until you've calculated the differential expression. The problem here is that that button isn't working for you. I have a newer version of scNetViz that I haven't yet released, if you would like to give that a try.
