I have a multi-monitor setup which switches the primary monitor when applying Steam Big Picture Mode. Upon entering and exiting this mode, the blackout function no longer works correctly. The only way to make the settings apply again (from what I've tested so far) is to adjust the settings in a way that I can re-save the configuration (i.e. turning mouse pointer off, saving, then back on and saving). The same issue happens as well when exiting the mode which switches the primary monitor back.
