Review and revise Admin workflow

Work with Admins (Ken, primarily) to review the Admin workflow and make any changes that would improve it.

While doing this, review and correct the names of variables set by the Admin options (see #7, "Standardize vocabulary"), particularly the Session variables. Clearly document the set of Session variables created by the Admin options and what they are intended to represent.
