在win2003上提示不是有效的win32应用程序
无论是直接用下载的还是我本地环境编译的都提示这个，这个源码只适用于2008以上吗？

sorry,不适用2003.因为2003日志格式是evt，貌似也没有api能直接操作这个文件.
适用于vista/win7/win8/win10/2008/2012/2016
